We are delighted to partner with an incredible Early Learning provider to appoint an exceptional Early Childhood Centre Manager for their upcoming flagship service in Echuca, Victoria. This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility featuring beautiful architectural designs and premium amenities, all crafted to foster a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere for staff and children.

The Opportunity

As the new passionate Early Childhood Centre Manager, you will be the heartbeat of this brand new community. You will have the unique privilege of recruiting your own team, welcoming your first families, and shaping the educational identity of a purpose-built facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including budgets, occupancy, and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators.
• Community Connection: Build lasting, trusting relationships with local families and community partners.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain exceptional health and safety standards while driving high-quality pedagogical programs.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
• Compliance: Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC), Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Vision: A deep understanding of the ECA Code of Ethics and a passion for children’s rights.
